Registration – Important Details
Presentation Participation Fee
After registering your presentation for the World Business Event & Exhibition on ENT Care, payment of the Participation Fee is required to confirm your slot.
Your presentation will be officially included in the conference program only after payment is received.
Upon successful confirmation, you will receive your official Presentation Acceptance Letter.
Visa Invitation – Mandatory Fee (For International Participants)
For delegates traveling from outside the UAE, a mandatory visa invitation fee applies.
This fee covers the processing and issuance of your official visa invitation letter, which includes your passport and travel details to ensure smooth visa facilitation.
The DTCM permit will be applied on your behalf once registration and payment are complete.
Accommodation Options During the Event
All registered participants are offered accommodation at our partnered venue during the event dates.
Choose the option that best suits your travel plans:
- Single Occupancy – £200:
Ideal for individual attendees seeking a private room. - Double Occupancy – £300:
Suitable for participants attending with a co-presenter, colleague, or companion. - Triple Occupancy – £450:
Recommended for attendees accompanied by two colleagues or companions.
Accommodation bookings can be made directly through the official event calendar after completing registration.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

- All registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
- Once payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- If you are unable to attend in person, you may:
- Transfer your registration to the next edition of the event, or
- Convert your participation to virtual (online) mode for the current event.
- All such requests must be submitted to the organizing committee prior to the event date.
