Abstract / Presentation / Poster Review

The Abstract/Presentation/Poster Review Fee is a nominal charge of £30, applicable for the evaluation of your submission by our expert review committee. This ensures quality assessment, feedback, and eligibility for presentation or poster display at the ENT conference.

Note:
After submitting your abstract/paper, the review fee must be paid.

Virtual Speaker / Poster – 1 Day

This category allows participants to present their research or poster online for one day.

• Certificate is mandatory and available at an additional cost of £25

Virtual Delegate / Listener – 1 Day

This option is ideal for professionals who wish to attend the ENT conference without presenting.

Abstract Review Mandatory Fee (For Speakers & Poster Presenters)

Mandatory Review Fee:
All speakers and poster presenters must pay the review fee immediately after abstract submission.

Review Process:
Your abstract will be evaluated by the Organizing Committee and Editorial Board only after payment is received.

Acceptance & Next Steps:
Once accepted (with or without revisions), you will receive an official Abstract Acceptance Letter, after which you can proceed with registration.
